New clients, and clients with under one year tenure, are required to remit one half of the estimated project cost upfront on Internet projects. This is a non-refundable deposit to cover out of pocket expenses such as Domain Registration. Any remaining amount is due upon project completition.

The full amount of a printing project is due upon acceptance of a competitive bid. Any remaining amount is due upon project shipment.

All other projects payment is subject to negotiated contract terms, which will vary from client to client.

Please note: Established clients (over one year), and under written contract, are eligible to make payment on a Net 30 basis. We offer discounts of up to 30% on annual service contracts if paid in advance. See your Account Manager for details.
